IND vs ENG 5th T20I Highlights: India win the Mumbai T20I by 150 runs, seal series 4-1

Abhishek Sharma won the Player of the Match for his 135-run knock and a couple of wickets while Varun Chakravarthy took home the fielding award for the match and the Player of the Series with 14 wickets. It has been an impressive?series win for India and the focus will now shift to the ODIs.

Mohammed Shami returns to the bowling attack and has packed England's bags much before than anyone would have hoped for. Shami got Adil Rashid edging to the keeper and similarly did Mark Wood as India had to review but they got their man. England have been bowled out for 97 and it's done and dusted.

Shivam Dube is showing that he is indeed a four-over bowler and has gotten his second wicket now. England are falling like nine pins here now.

The second one for Abhishek Sharma in one over as Suryakumar Yadav running back took a superb catch at covers and India are running through England.

This is turning out to be a procession by England batters. Abhishek Sharma comes and takes a wicket off his first ball. Carse goes hard and straight and is caught by VC in the deep. England 6 down.

Salt is gone now. Shivam Dube, the man who was replaced by Harshit Rana in the last game with debates of like-for-like replacement, gets Salt on his first ball.

Meanwhile, Salt has brought up a fifty off just 21 balls. This is the fastest T20I fifty by an England batter against India, surpassing the 23-ball record of Jason Roy.

England are shooting themselves down here. Varun Chakravarthy gets his second of the match. VC gets it to turn away from Livingstone, who top-edges a slog high into the leg side. Rinku takes it comfortably.

This will not be a day fro Brook for another time. Bishnoi gets Brook caught at deep square leg. Bishnoi gets his wicket for two consecutive times. England 3 down for 59.

Varun Chakravarthy comes and strikes in his first over. He removes the England skipper Buttler run-a-ball 7 as he holes one out to long-on. Brook is now in and England are in major trouble.

Shami gets the first wicket of the match. Duckett charges down the track but miscues it from the toe-end and hands it to Abhishek at covers. Captain Buttler is in now.

England openers - Phil Salt and Ben Duckett are out in the middle and they would be itching to provide their team with a strong start. Salt takes 17 off the first over of Mohammed Shami. The start England want.

Abhishek Sharma ran out of partners and last two overs yielded just 10 runs as England have managed to stop India to 247. It was a carnage in Mumbai but England have just been able to get something out of it in the last couple of overs. But 248 is a huge challenge for England to chase down even though it is a flat wicket.

An innings of the highest quality from Abhishek Sharma has finally come to an end. Abhishek broke a flurry of records on his way including the second fastest century by an Indian, most sixes in an innings and the highest score in an innings and Adil Rashid finally gets his man. Abhishek Sharma has smashed 13 sixes in his innings, the most by any Indian in a T20I innings and his 135 is the highest score by an Indian in a T20I as he goes past Shubman Gill's 126.

Another one bites the dust for India as Jofra Archer traps Rinku Singh in front. India lose their sixth wicket. Abhishek Sharma isn't getting much strike and others are falling like nine pins. Interesting passage of play here.

Abhishek Sharma hasn't gotten much strike since his century and England have bowled well to the other batters. Suryakumar Yadav, Shivam Dube and Hardik Pandya now have all been dismissed cheaply with only little runs to show for.

India are having fun in the ongoing series, especially this game with the bat but skipper Suryakumar Yadav's form is becoming a little cause of concern. Another failure as Carse strikes again, captain SKY falls for just 2. India are three down now with Abhishek going great guns at the other end.

Abhishek Sharma slammed his second T20I century, off just 37 deliveries as the left-hander destroyed the English bowling attack for fun. Sharma ate the likes of Adil Rashid, Archer and Mark Wood and didn't leave any crumbs. India have made 143 runs in just 10 overs. England need to put a tape on the leak.

Abhishek Sharma is continuing his party at the other end but Brydon Carse has dismissed his partner Tilak Varma. A bit of a relief for England as India lose their second wicket but they need to get Abhishek out.

This is the highest-ever powerplay for India in T20Is as Abhishek Sharma, Sanju Samson and Tilak Varma combined to pick the bones out of England's pace bowling. India have raced off to 95 in the first six overs and the hosts are motoring their way to a colossal score in excess of 200.

Abhishek Sharma's flight landed him ahead of KL Rahul on the list of fastest fifties by Indian batters in T20Is off just 17 balls. Abhishek is now only behind his mentor Yuvraj Singh, whose 12-ball fifty might just remain very difficult to breach.

Abhishek Sharma is taking flight here at the Wankhede Stadium. After smashing a boundary off the second ball, Abhishek ended the over with a couple of sixes to end the over with 17 runs off it and India have raced off to 39/1 in three overs.

Sanju Samson's poor series came to an end as he handed a simple catch to the deep square-leg fielder off Mark Wood. Samson fought fire with fire against Jofra Archer but Wood had his number once again. India lose their first wicket in the second over.

Sanju Samson and Abhishek Sharma are in the middle for India with Jofra Archer to open the attack for England. Samson has smacked the first ball for a six as he is fighting fire with fire. It has been a quiet series for Samson and his intentions look good. Should be fun, this!

The straighter boundary is at 71 metres while square boundaries are at shorter at 64 and 63 metres. It is a centre wicket, which has a few cracks on it and the ball might not come as well as it usually does here at the Wankhede Stadium but the grass cover will keep the pitch intact. There might be something in it for the bowlers early on but it will be a decent wicket to bat, not a high 200-220 one though.

England skipper Jos Buttler won the toss and elected to field at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. Buttler said it was a no-brainer with a good surface, small boundaries and a great batting line-up, chasing was a better option. Indian skipper Suryakumar Yadav, on the other hand, wanted to bat first aiming to batting England out of the game.

England have hung around like a bad smell all series but haven't really landed the killer punch apart from the Rajkot T20I. With the ODIs and the Champions Trophy to follow and a great surface at disposal, England will aim to end high and go out destroying some stuff and bowling attack.

It's not often that India ride on only a few players and end up winning a T20I series and the one not performing is names Suryakumar Yadav. Surya and Sanju Samson, two of India's highly-skilled performers in T20Is haven't hit their straps yet and them finding some form would be a great thing for India with no pressure since the series is already in the bag.

India sealed the series in Pune itself riding on Hardik Pandya, Shivam Dube's late fifties followed by concussion or impact substitute Harshit Rana's three-fer on debut. India still have a few concerns in their batting department and will hope that it gets resolved notably Sanju Samson and skipper Suryakumar Yadav's form.
